The presentation was attended by Volodymyr Matyas, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and Road Infrastructure; Dmytro Bulakh, a servicemember of the “Spartan” Brigade; and representatives of the National Guard.

The train car was branded at the initiative of the National Guard of Ukraine with the support of the Kharkiv City Council and the “Give Good” Charitable Foundation.
