According to the Department of Budget and Finance, the changes are related to the receipt of additional funds. Specifically, Kharkiv received a grant of 38.6 million hryvnias to support the functions of local government bodies, a subvention for the implementation of a public investment project to equip shelters in secondary and preschool educational institutions—87.1 million UAH—as well as a subvention to finance inclusive resource centers—6.7 million UAH.
In addition, through the reallocation of previously approved budget allocations, expenditures were increased to fulfill the guarantee obligations of the municipal enterprises “Kharkiv Metro,” “Trolleybus Depot No. 2” and “Trolleybus Depot No. 3” under investment projects financed by the European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development—by 82.3 million UAH.
Additionally, 9.7 million UAH was allocated to co-finance the construction of shelters in educational institutions, which is being implemented using a state subsidy.
Separately, a subvention of 700,000 UAH was allocated from the budget of the Kharkiv City Territorial Community to the Rubizhne City Military Administration for the purchase of medical equipment for the Rubizhne Central City Hospital, specifically for the Center for Restorative Treatment and Rehabilitation of Military Personnel and Civilians of the Kharkiv Community.
