Traffic has resumed on most electric transport routes.

As of 18:15, trams #16 and #16A, as well as trolleybus #34 are not running due to a power outage.

    Trolleybus traffic on Novo-Bavarskyi Avenue, Kitaienka Street, Liubov Malaya Avenue, on the section from the Dziuba Avenue roundabout to Dudynska Street, will be suspended from 10:00 to 16:00 on February 24.
